Description

This article will guide you through the process NetApp performs following a Motherboard replacement (Headswap) in order to transfer all your information from the old serial number to the new serial number. Below is the basic process flow.

Note: The “headswap” process for systems running 9.10.1 or later is the same end to end, except that you must generate the new NetApp License Files on NSS for the new controllers.’
