Issue
Some customers have experienced multiple drive failures after power on drives after the drives are brought out of storage and repurposed.
- This article will deal only with X358_TPM4V3T8AME, X357_TPM4V3T8AME, and X365_TPM3V1T6AMD drives.
- The drives will fail upon power up with a
"Failed-Unsupported"
error in sysconfig -a:
