System reports single path under multi path cabling configuration using IOM6 and IOM12 modules

- ONTAP 9
- FAS / ASA / AFF platforms
- Supported IOM6 / IOM12 stack mixing
Issue
- System reports Single-Path when cabled for Multi-Path.
- IOM6 and IOM12 are mixed in the same stack.
- Verify compatibility: HWU . Go to Storage Limits > Full Storage Limit Matrix >Supported Shelves/Drives
- If the cabling is not correct the system might trigger an EMS message similar to:
