Issue

  • Storage system occasionally report secd.conn.auth.failure message with Error: Operation timed out.
  • No impact to accesses the cifs shares.
Example:
 
[Node_name: secd: secd.conn.auth.failure:error]: Vserver (vserver_name) could not make a connection over the network to server (ip ADserver_IP, port 445) via interface Storage_IP. Error: Operation timed out.
  • Ping from vserver data lif to DC is failing:

cluster::*> ping -vserver vserver_name -lif lif_cifs -destination 192.168.1.1
no answer from 192.168.1.1
