IOM12 shelf module firmware version 03.00 (0300) or later is required to support DCM2 drive drawers in DS460C shelves.

If necessary, upgrade to the latest IOM12 Disk Shelf Firmware.

Additional Information

NetApp has introduced an updated DS460C drive drawer, called DCM2. DCM2 drive drawers are distinguished by a blue stripe and "DCM2" label.
