  • ONTAP versions containing a fix for bug 1365787

Issue

  • Following an ONTAP upgrade to one of the affected versions, the following health alert may be generated:

[Node-1b: schmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = IncompleteSnmpDataRefreshAlert , Alerting Resource = 200000XXXXXXXf0 raised by monitor system-connect
[Node-1b: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.minor:error]: Call home for Health Monitor process schm: IncompleteSnmpDataRefreshAlert[200000XXXXXXXf0].

  • A review of the system will confirm that fresh switch data is being collected from the switches via SNMP.
