Issue downgrading the controllers NVSRAM firmware  from 11.50.x  to 11.40.x

Issue

  • Controller firmware was downgraded successfully
  • NVSRAM firmware can not be downgraded
  • The follwing error is received

Error 3 - The operation cannot complete because a controller resource is being used by another process. If there are other array management operations in progress, wait for them to complete, and then retry the operation. If this message persists after all operations have completed, contact technical support.
