Storage Replication Adapter (SRA): Unknown error updating array manager

Issue

When you try to update your array manager credentials in SRM, you receive the error message below:

SRA command 'discoverArrays' failed. Unknown error. Check SRM logs files for verification of errors.

When you review the SRA logs, you see messages similar to the below:

com.netapp.offtap3.ontap.ApiFailedException: Insufficient privileges: user 'custom_user' does not have write access to this resource (errno=13003)
