Issue

  • System Manager error:
    Unable to communicate with the cloud tier. Reason: Cloud tier is unreachable.
  • FabricPool aggregate object-store is unavailable in ONTAP EMS.log:
    Sat Sep 11 00:49:27 -0300 [NODE04: OscHighPriThreadPool: object.store.unavailable:EMERGENCY]: Unable to connect to the object store "cloudbackup_fpool01_n4" from node c61d0009-a00d-11e9-a3fe-c7082ea460fb. Reason: Connection unavailable.
  • Ping works using intercluster LIFs
  • StorageGRID is object-store provider and appears online and healthy
