ONTAP S3 object store shows unavailable after bucket resize

Issue

ONTAP S3 object store became full:

[cluster: OscLowPriThreadPool: object.store.full:alert]: Failed to write to object store ObjectStore because it is out of space.
 
ONTAP S3 object store was resized:
 
cluster::> object-store-server bucket modify -bucket ObjectStore -size NewSize
[Job 1111] Job succeeded: Successful
 
After resize, some nodes are unable to connect to object store:
 
[cluster: OscLowPriThreadPool: object.store.unavailable:EMERGENCY]: Unable to connect to the object store "ObjectStore" from node UUID. Reason: Operation Timedout.
