Issue

When running quota show for a FlexGroup volume, quota state reported as 'mixed':

cluster01::> volume quota show -vserver svm1 -volume nfs_fg

And the individual members of the FlexGroup have inconsistent values:

cluster01::> quota status -vserver svm1 -volume nfs_fg__*
svm1:nfs_fg__0001 : quotas are on.
svm1:nfs_fg__0002 : quotas are off.
svm1:nfs_fg__0003 : quotas are off.
svm1:nfs_fg__0004 : quotas are off.
svm1:nfs_fg__0005 : quotas are off.
svm1:nfs_fg__0006 : quotas are off.
svm1:nfs_fg__0007 : quotas are off.
