How to review notifyd.log

Run command
::> node run -node (node name) -command rdfile /etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log

We found several messages stating: Payload size needs to be increased

However, on the Manifest.xml in Active IQ Digital advisor we are not seeing anything regarding this alert
