"Drive encryption capable state" warning after node or drive replacement

Issue

The following cluster fault is logged when a replacement node is added into a cluster:

Error Code: nodeHardwareFault
Details: Drive encryption capable state for device in <slot-number> mismatches node's encryption capable state.

Important: The information in this article only applies to situations where all of a node's drives are showing an "encryption capable state" fault.  If the fault is only present for select drives then the system has a mix of SED and non-SED drives and the actions in this KB will not help.
