SCSQL fails to backup with error "Could not find storage for any of the resources" right after host reboot.

Issue
- SCSQL backup fails right after SCSQL/SCW host reboot.
SMCore.log
reports the following error.
Activity 'Creating Snapshot copy' failed with error: Could not find storage for any of the resources
SnapDriveSALDebug.log
reports the following errors.

Windows Application Event Log
reports the following error.
SourceName: SnapDriveEventMsgs
EventCode: 528
Message: "SnapDrive failed to set your storage system connection.
Error code : -1
Details : Failed to connect to storage system .
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Possible solutions :
1. Check if the firewall blocks the connection.
2. Make sure the Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service is up and running.
3. The credentials are specified correctly."
