Issue

During an ONTAP upgrade, the replication of an SVM enters a degraded state due to the following reason:

ClusterA::> set advanced

ClusterA::*> metrocluster vserver show -fields failed-row,failed-reason

              Cluster  : clusterA                            
              Vserver  : vserver1
      Partner Vserver  : vserver1-mc
  Configuration State  : degraded
        Stream Status  : operation-failed
            Failed Row : Table Name: web_crypto, Operation: get, Fields: vserver1-mc vserver1.cert 23B5ABBA5DACA vserver1.cert true false false  false 10s unlimited 5m true
         Failed Reason : Apply failed for Object: web_crypto Method: baseline. Reason: duplicate entry
