AltaVault SMB share is inaccessible - Failure Reason: Mount path is inaccessible

Issue

  • On the Commvault application the backup fails with the following error:
 
11/01/2021 19:26:20 MediaManager spvw9780 32:362 Access Path [\\ava_name\ media agent65] on MediaAgent [media agent 65] for MountPath [[media agent 43] \\ava_name\ media agent 65] in library [media agent 65] is offline.
 
  • AltaVault does not accept new connections  and log message will print the following error  :
