Issue

After upgrading to ONTAP 9.4 or later, node CPU utilization is displayed incorrectly when viewed in OnCommand Unified Manager. Meanwhile while using other tools such as ActiveIQ, the CPU utilization is considerably less compared to OnCommand Unified Manager. 

Example: The below graphs show the difference between OnCommand Unified Manager versions in CPU utilization for the same system.

OnCommand Unified Manager 9.5:

After Upgrading OnCommand Unified Manager to 9.5P1 or above, previous CPU Utilization will still display incorrectly.
