AIQUM windows fails to start acquisition service due to the service started and then stopped

Issue
- Error received when trying to start the NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service.
The NetApp Active IQ Acquistion Service service on Local Computer Started and then stopped.<Installation_Drive>\Program Files\NetApp\essentials\au\bin\wrapper.log:
