AIQUM webUI gives error "Authentication failed. Please verify username and password."

Issue

  • Unable to login to AIQUM webUI.
  • When attempting to change umadmin password via "passwd umadmin" command then still not able to login to webUI.
  • Error seen in server.log:
    • 2022-11-29 09:34:06,454 ERROR [io.undertow.request] (default task-1) UT005023: Exception handling request to /login: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while attempting authentication:
      authenticate may only be executed by the owner of /VMdata/OPT_NETAPP/essentials/jboss/bin/native/lib64 (uid = 0)
