Issue

  • After re-installing an Acquisition Unit, and data collector assigned to it with a saved password fails polling
  • The polling error indicates the password cannot be decrypted
  • Resetting the password does not change the error
  • Trying to reset the encryption keys using the securityadmin tool fails
