var/log/ocie is always getting full with 100 percent utilization

- In AIQUM the file system /
var/log/ocie
is always getting full due to deleted files that are still hold by the process

reaches 100% . Customer have scripts running internally to restart the services to reduce the/var/log/ocie
utilization.
