  • QoS Min IOPS is the value that Element uses to balance volumes/slices across the cluster.
  • Each node in the cluster is balanced to have about the same number of total Min IOPS.

Additional Information

•  SolidFire provides recommendations based on volume statistics data for recent activity based on the past 2 weeks of performance data. Recommendations focus on QoS maximum and minimum guaranteed IOPS for a volume and are only visible in the UI when cluster improvements might be needed
