AutoSupport Message: A metadata service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away

Issue

The storage nodes are in Healthy status and the following errors are reported in the AIQ Event and Error logs in some cases on multiple nodes:

  • networkEvent    |    Unbound network interface    |    Node ID:xx    |    "Bond10G.1100:S"
  • networkEvent     |    Unbound network interface    |    Node ID:xx    |    "Bond1G:M"
  • Severity: ERROR    |    Resolved: YES    |    volumesDegraded    |    Replication and syncing finished for volumes
  • Severity: WARNING    |    Resolved: YES    |    unresponsiveService    |    A metadata service is not responding.
  • Severity: ERROR    |    Resolved: YES    |    sliceServiceUnhealthy    |    A metadata service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it.
