Issue

  • AWSCLI commands ran in powershell fail after installing CA signed certificates on the SVM with S3 enabled:

PS C:\Users\myUser\.aws> aws s3 ls s3://kfc --endpoint-url https://cluster1

SSL validation failed for https://cluster1/kfc?list-type=2&prefix=&delimiter=%2F&encoding-type=url [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self signed certificate in certificate chain (_ssl.c:1129)

  • AWSCLI errors out while trying to access an S3 bucket:

unable to get local user certificate git ssl.c::1028
