Answer

This is not an error. This is just warning that state which specific command or command directory are not supported for Vserver administrators
 
Example:
QDNETAPP::> security login role create -role test_role -vserver svm1 -cmddirname "volume" -access all

Warning: "test_role" role has no access to the following commands (they are unsupported for Vserver administrators):
volume encryption modify-enc-blob
volume file compact-data
volume file
modify
volume move
volume reallocation
volume rehost
