Takeover attempt results in "aborted because operation was vetoed" displayed storage failover show

Issue

While attempted to perform a takeover of a node within a high-availability pair, the operation is aborted because of a veto.  The output will look similar to this:

cluster1::> storage failover show

cluster1-01   cluster1-02   true     Connected to cluster1-02. Previous
                                       takeover attempt was aborted because
                                       operation was vetoed.
