HTTP 500 Internal Server Error when ListObjectsV2 API call is made with max-keys 99999

Issue

  • When ListObjectsV2 API call is made with a value of max-keys > 99 999 using the MinIO S3 client and at least 100 000 files are present in the bucket, server returns an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
  • It is expected that  ONTAP S3 server would crop the number of entry to 1000 instead.
