Issue

  • AutoSupport are not being uploaded to NetApp.
  • AutoSupport-related data is not visible in Active IQ
  • Reviewing notifyd logs shows AutoSupports are being sent to NetApp with no errors.
  • Reviewing autosupport history show confirms AutoSupports are being sent successfully:
