Aggregate capacity available message prints incorrect value during aggregate creation

Issue

The aggregate capacity shown during the creation differs from the actual size of the aggregate:
 
Example:
 
During creation:
 
::> storage aggregate create -aggregate DATA_01 -diskcount 14 -node Node-01

The layout for aggregate "DATA_01" on node "Node-01" would be:
