Yes, Mediator v1.4 is compatible with ONTAP 9.11.1.
 
Note:

  • On any version of ONTAP 9.7 (or later), you can use ONTAP Mediator v1.0 (or later) to monitor a MetroCluster IP configuration.

  • On any version of ONTAP 9.8 (or later), you can use ONTAP Mediator v1.2 (or later) to monitor an SM-BC relationship.
