NDMP backups that previously took minutes to complete now take much longer

Issue
- Remote NDMP backups that previously took a few minutes to complete now take much longer
- There is little to no change in the amount of data transferred, but there is a large change in job duration
- When NDMP debug logs are examined, there are no obvious errors, but there is a visible change in the NDMP data connection IP address
- In a NDMP debug log, the data connection IP address can be identified by searching for "local address"
(NDMP Connect: Successfully connected to [140.55.1.35].64381, using local address [140.55.1.25].33675)
- The new NDMP data connection IP address, used by the long-running jobs, is a different network than the original NDMP data connection IP address
(NDMP Connect: Successfully connected to [140.55.1.35].57124, using local address [10.55.1.200].22584)
