Answer

The new System Manager 9.8 allows for multiple LUNs to be provisioned, however, it does not allow the user to spread the LUNs across multiple volumes.

Workaround:

  1. After provisioning multiple LUNs, create another LUN.
    This will create another volume.
  2. Make sure that volume is on the node / tier that you want it located and move it if it is not.
  3. Perform a LUN move to the newly created volume, and delete the single LUN from the volume.
