What privilege is required for a user registered in scanner-pool?

Answer

Privileged users accounts are not required to be a part of any administrator or backup operators groups
Privileged users must be validated by the storage system so that they are allowed to create Vscan server connections and access files for virus scanning.

Additional Information

This may differ if the Antivirus product is installed on a domain controller.
A privileged user account must be able to log into the domain controller in the case of a domain controller acting as an Antivirus as well. 
NOTE: Using domain controllers as Antivirus scanners is not recommended.
