Issue

  • Newly configured Vscan shows disconnected.
  • On AV connector, services.msc and antivirus (McAfee) services runs on privileged user.
  • Restart of the services and reboot of the vscan server does not help.
  • The ONTAP AVCONNECTOR logging will show the following:
     
    11/10/23-20:00:00.000Z [Pipe: av1.domain.local] lastStatsSkipTime timeout. Closing pipe...
    11/10/23-20:00:00.000Z [Pipe: av1.domain.local, VS1 NODE1][r] CreateNamedPipe failed with 53. closingQ: [0]
