Newly configured Vscan server does not connect as port 445 is not open on host

Issue
- Newly configured Vscan server does not connect to SVM
- AVshim logs show that vscan software is not registered with ONTAP AV connector service.
- As vscan is not registered, ONTAP AV connector is not initiating connection with SVM
