Issue

ONTAP's management gateway server (MGWD) may panic with an error like the following:

Example: 

Wed Jul 15 10:14:49 JST [nodeA: mgwd: ucore.panicString:error]: 'mgwd: Received SIGSEGV (Signal 11) at RIP 0 accessing address 0 (pid 1812, uid 0, timestamp 1594775689)'

Wed Jul 15 10:15:07 JST [nodeA: spmd: spm.mgwd.process.exit:EMERGENCY]: Management Gateway (mgwd) subsystem with ID 1812 exited as a result of signal normal exit (0). The subsystem will attempt to restart.
