Description

This article explains the common issues if MC_DC is not correctly collecting data.

Procedure

Installation
  1. After double-clicking MCDC_START.jar, there is a prompt asking which application should be used to open the file.
  2. Double-clicking MCDC_START.jar does not open the tool or give any visible action
Configuration

  1. The collect.dcl log reports "collection attempt timed out"

  2. The collect.dcl log reports "could not get session, user/password might be incorrect"
     
  3. The collect.dcl log reports "ccode: 8 EXEC - command not found"
