Syslog certificate is added successfully but not listing with "seccertmgmt show" command

Issue

  • Post FOS upgrade from 8.2.2a > 8.2.2d , while adding the syslog certificate it is added successfully but not listing with seccertmgmt show -all command.
  • Before upgrade it showed up under Certificate Files, but post upgrade was no more showing up.
