Issue
- After adding new HA pair to existing switched cluster using BES-53248 switch, nodes report frequent CLUSTER NETWORK DEGRADED alerts via AutoSupport
- EMS messages:
[CLUSTER-03: vifmgr: callhome.clus.net.degraded:alert]: Call home for CLUSTER NETWORK DEGRADED: Large MTU Packet Loss - Ping failures detected between CLUSTER-04_clus1 ( 169.254.123.123 ) on CLUSTER-03 and CLUSTER-03_clus1 ( 169.254.234.234 ) on CLUSTER-03
