How to manually upload a Management Services update package to the Element mNode

Description

The typical manual Management Services update via API approach involves using the PUT /services/upload endpoint to upload the Management Services update package obtained from the NetApp Support Site.

If that upload process fails, however (for example, due to firewall rules or low network bandwidth), the file can be manually placed on the mNode, after which the upgrade can be started with PUT /services/deploy.
