  • Disk management gets stuck when trying to add volumes causing some volumes to become inaccessible.
  • Host port is registered under a different host.
  • E-Series Major Event Log reports :

 Sense 5/84/40 = Illegal Request - Host Context Agent host conflict

 Failed host port registration - None - Host: xxx, hbaWWN: xxx
