  • Thin volume fails during normal operations
  • The following events can be seen in the logs
    • 7B02 (A thin volume repository has failed)
    • 7B04 (A Defrag operation on a Thin Provisioned Repository Volume has ended)
    • 7900 (Copy on write integrity fault)
