Node reboots unexpectedly after BMC/IPMI alerts

Issue

  1. After a periodic BMC cold reset, sensorReadingFailed alerts gets generated:
    • IPMI diagnostics are currently unresponsive. Please contact support if this problem persists.
    • BMC Self Test failed. This may impact IPMI based services and a BIOS/BMC update may be recommended.
  2. After a few minutes, node reboots unexpectedly
