Issue

During a SolidFire cluster upgrade, NetApp support needs to add a node to the cluster that is not the same Element version as the Cluster Master (i.e. the Element version the cluster is on before the upgrade started). When trying to add the node via the AddNodes API command with the forceDuringUpgrade=true parameter, the following error is received:

xIncompatibleSoftwareVersion

Note: It does not matter whether forceDuringUpgrade=true or forceDuringUpgrade=false is specified in the API command.
