Issue

  • One particular node keeps on generating unresponsiveService - A block service is not responding. alerts for all of it's drives randomly which are marked as resolved shortly after
  • As a result of an alert false positive lowDriveLife - (Drive Warning) support case gets opened
  • Drive(s) in question has no actual lowDriveLife (Wear Remaining) issue
  • Issue occurs for all drives of the same node but in a randomly fashion
  • Issue will still re-occur even after reinstalling Element OS
