How to view slice (volume metadata) sync status in a SolidFire storage cluster

Description

When a slice service goes offline, or needs to sync (node loss, service stops, node reboot), data that is not covered under Double Helix (2 copies of the data on separate nodes and disks) will need to be re-written. There is a web page that users can view to determine the status of the re-sync of the volume metadata.
