OTS: Connectivity issues after upgrading the Deploy utility

Issue

After upgrading the Deploy utility from version 9.14.1 to 9.16.1, the VM is only accessible for 30 seconds with errors on the console:

iscsi-scst: conn_rsp_timer_fn:529:***ERROR***: Timeout 30 sec sending data/waiting for reply to/from initiator <OTS_node_IQN> (SID <SID_number>), closing connection
