Issue

  • Takeover of the node occurred and the following alert is seen:

cf_takeover: callhome.sfo.to.comm.loss:EMERGENCY: Call home for CONTROLLER TAKEOVER COMPLETE COMMUNICATION LOSS

  • Node panicked due to fatal multi-disk error:

aggr <aggr_name>: raid volfsm, fatal multi-disk error. raid type raid0, mirrored in SK process config_thread on release 9.x (C)
