Protocol operations fail due to missing feature licenses. For example, SnapMirror initialization fails with the following error:
cluster::> snapmirror initialize *:
Error: command failed on source-path "src_vol:" destination-path "dst_vol:": SnapMirror_DP license check failed for cluster cluster_name. Reason: Package "SnapMirror" is not licensed in the cluster.. You cannot create and initialize a new SnapMirror relationship.
