Issue

When trying to obtain image from another servicer on the network error received: 
Error: command failed: Failed to download package from ftp://.../ONTAPSELECT_9xxxx_UPGRADE.tgz. Error: Timeout was
reached : Connection timed out after 60001 milliseconds

Error: command failed: Failed to download package from http://.../ONTAPSELECT_9xxxx_UPGRADE.tgz. Error: Failure when receiving data from the peer : 
Recv failure: Connection reset by peer
